Cute Momo’s by AJ started with one bamboo steamer and a stubborn belief that Goa deserved proper Japanese-style momos - thin-skinned, juicy-filled, steamed fresh.
AJ brings a love of Japanese food culture to the relaxed rhythm of Goan life. Every batch is made the same day, every filling is chosen for flavour first.
